McCartney's still working on new album

In interviews with Brazilian newspapers, promoting his upcoming shows in the South American country, McCartney revealed he is still working on his new album. Paul also confirmed he wrote a song about Brazil, as rumored before, but that he won’t play the track on one of the Brazilian gigs:
Between one show and another, I'm making the new album. And it's interesting because there's a special track for Brazil, but that's all I can tell you right now. I think you'll like this.

The new album was actually thought to be released this year, but McCartney stated that it’s not finished yet and that he is still working on it:
I have about three quarters of the material. I’ve recorded some songs and see which ones can become the best. Probably this album will be released sometime next year.
McCartney’s new album is produced by Greg Kurstin, who stated last month that he was impressed by Paul’s new material:
All I can say is that when he brings songs to the studio, it blows my mind that he’s still coming up with the most amazing songs.
