Paul sends message to Mexican fans

McCartney has send a message on Twitter to his Mexican fans wishing them “all the very best and sending love and support after the very difficult times you have been going through recently”.

The photograph alongside the post was taken during McCartney’s historic concert in Mexico City's historic central square Zócalo in 2012, where he played the Beatles-track ‘Ob-la-di Ob-la-da’ together with a local Mariachi Band.

Last month Mexico was hit hard by a severe earthquake. McCartney will perform in Mexico City as part of his One-On-One Tour. The South American leg begins next Friday, October 13, with a performance in Porte Alegre, Brazil.
